Mouton Distribution USA, LLC (Logan Township, NJ): Director of OperationsThe primary responsibility of the Director of Operations involves overseeing and managing all aspects of Mouton Distribution USA LLC’s operational activities related to the import, distribution, and quality control of Citrus fruit and Rooibos Tea from South Africa to the United States. The role requires the Director of Operations to grow the company from start-up volumes based on existing exports from SA and to position the company for growth in volume and turnover, implementation of processes and appointment of additional operational personnel in the USA as volume growth requires. The Director of Operations performs fulfilment network analysis and design, drives carrier negotiations, ensures carrier performance and service level agreements. Additional duties include performing import operations management, team leadership, customer and stakeholder management, quality control and compliance, and reporting and analysis. The Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products from source to market while maintaining high quality standards and operational efficiency Requires 24 months Distribution or Supply Chain Management experience.
