Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license. Must have an automobile with the required insurance coverage available to drive for the Company. 1-2 years of restaurant management experience and the ability to complete all internal certification programs. Operate the restaurant in an efficient manner, always promoting friendly service and high-quality food. Properly train and/or ascertain that all personnel are properly trained. Monitor product inventory and have a full understanding of P&Ls to effectively run operations.
