Google Customer Engineer, Chrome Enterprise Premium in London, United Kingdom

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

  • 3 years of experience deploying and operating enterprise end-point security solutions.

  • Experience presenting in front of customers or at events.

  • Experience in any of the following areas: End-point security solutions (e.g., SASE, CASB, SWG, DLP, etc.), Identity (e.g., Entra, Okta).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.

  • 10 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.

  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.

  • Engage remotely or onsite with prospects and customers to serve as SME for Chrome Enterprise Premium for the EMEA region in collaboration with other specialist teams: Cloud Security, Chrome OS, Public Sector and Google Workspace.

  • Support Chrome Enterprise Premium opportunities by delivering technical solutions, technical presentations, executive briefings, proof-of-concepts and demos to customers and partners.

  • Participate in, and present at industry events and strategic customer meetings to help build awareness for Chrome Browser’s enterprise security benefits.

  • Identify and document customer insights, opportunity blockers, feedback and test new features. Build proofs of concepts or demos to present to customers.

  • Identify and create technical collateral (e.g., papers, videos, help-center articles, presentations) in collaboration with our solution architects, product and product marketing teams. Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events where applicable.
