AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

As a Health Tech Enterprise Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibility will be to increase market penetration and uptake of AWS services with our Health Tech customers, helping them build on AWS and sell to UK healthcare customers. The ideal candidate will possess both a healthcare and technical background that enables them to engage an account at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan.

Key job responsibilities

-Promote AWS services with health tech customers

-Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan

-Facilitate customer adoption.

-Maintain a robust projects pipeline

-Work closely with a wide matrix team (UK and internationally) to develop and deliver compelling value propositions for your customer base

-Work closely with external partners to extend reach & adoption

A day in the life

There is no single 'day in the life' of a healthcare enterprise account manager. You will be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of customers at different levels of cloud maturity and with different problems. It is a dynamic and fast pacing environment, which means no two days will be the same!

Basic Qualifications

-Extensive experience providing technology solutions and managing Enterprise-level Public Sector accounts

-Proven experience with consistent territory growth and quota obtainment

-Demonstrable experience driving growth through and with cross-functions including Sales, Marketing and Segmentation, Channel and Partner Development, Public Policy, Legal and other organisations

-Substantial experience working with transformative technology including cloud, IoT, AI/ML, business intelligence, analytics

-Understanding of UK Healthcare Data Compliance and standards

-BS level degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

-Knowledge of UK Health Tech market

-Experience selling to Health Techs

-Cloud sales experience

-Experience influencing key stakeholders

-Deep knowledge of healthcare market and sector
