Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a Project Manager to support the CO+I EMEA E2E team. Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the world’s largest Cloud Infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online Products and Services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. Responsibilities

  • Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage business needs. Engages in well-defined projects/programs while executing aspects of projects/programs for larger areas, including work on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience which may be across multiple disciplines.

  • Manages inventory of E2E processes, creating process maps, identifying gaps and harnessing opportunities.

  • Leverages analytics and business intelligence (BI) solutions to support the development and execution of business strategy. Collaborates with the main BI team to make sure data sources and platforms are consistent and relevant. Identifies and pursues new opportunities to use data and analytics to drive the team's goals and initiatives.

  • Leverages MS Technology to create, maintain, and share dashboards and reports that provide insights and recommendations for data-driven decision making. Coordinates and disseminates data and analysis to various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

  • Supports managing the team's rhythm of business (ROB). Works with cross-company/team counterparts to manage team participation as needed for key business events, running business reviews, and other strategic business activities.

  • Assumes accountability for reporting out and clearly communicating on status. Collaborates with team members to enhance customer and content experiences. Aligns with expectations for content delivery and contributes to timely delivery.

  • Manages the data governance, ensuring data quality and integrity by following the data governance standards including the preparation and submission of regular and ad hoc reports to the relevant forums and committees.

  • Supports the development of content for internal communication. Partners and leads communications team to land internal and/or external content. Communicates relevant information to the organization as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND some years of work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.

  • Technology or datacenter domain experience would be an added advantage.
