Our Energy Advisory Services team, is embarking on an exciting journey to transform its Performance and Reporting (P&R) environment within the energy sector.

We're searching for a dynamic Performance and Reporting Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our P&R function.

In this critical role, you will:

• Lead the charge: Define and deliver organisational, system, and process changes within the P&R environment, while contributing to the direction and development of the PMO leadership team.

• Build a winning team: Oversee a team providing performance and reporting services for energy clients.

• Craft the right structure: Ensure the P&R team has well-defined roles and the right people in each position.

• Embrace technology: Evaluate and deploy advanced online systems, including interactive monthly reports accessible across multiple devices and platforms.

• Drive performance: Lead the provision of P&R services, including data capture, analysis, interpretation, and presentation.

• Empower your team: Proactively coach and mentor your P&R team to maximize individual and collective performance.

• Share your knowledge: Become a champion for best practices in programme and performance management.

About You

You have experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments within an engineering/consultancy/energy or similar and a passion for continuous improvement and driving change.

You also possess expertise in agile methodologies and digital reporting tools, and hold a degree-level education in a relevant subject (or equivalent). Ideally, your experience has been gained within the engineering or energy sectors, or a similar field.
