Google Sales Engineer, Global Clients and Agency Solutions in London, United Kingdom

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).

  • 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.

  • 3 years of experience in Ad Technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Advertising (e.g., Google Ads) or Marketing platform (e.g., GMP).

  • Experience in whiteboarding technology systems and data flows.

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience resolving complex technical issues and making them simple to a variety of audiences, ranging from practitioners to executives.

  • Excellent problem-solving, technical aptitude and communication/storytelling skills.

  • Partner with the Account Executives and Data Transformation leads to encouraging the adoption of Google marketing technology products and data solutions with Google's customers (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads and applications of Google Cloud Platform).

  • Whiteboard and consult on the client's data infrastructure in an effort to draw a goal of what can be accomplished with data-driven marketing.

  • Assess risks and implications due to privacy and regulations on the client's technology stack and first-party data to recommend solutions.

  • Scale out knowledge and successful engagements to up-skill the Sales Engineering and the Platforms team.

  • Consult with clients to integrate Google tech and data solutions into their marketing architecture, using industry and product expertise.
