Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Role Summary/Purpose:
Reporting into the International Payroll Manager, based in London, this role is responsible for assisting in payrolls across the international regions, UK, EMEA alongside the wider international payroll team responsible for processing all global payrolls outside the US. The International remit currently includes 22 countries and 75 payrolls.
This role is the key payroll contact for all payroll processes, country legislation and compliance for the UK entities with a view to support EMEA payrolls when needed. Responsible for first line response on stakeholder requests for international payroll (UK, EMEA), reconciliations for HMRC and benefits and other administrative tasks.
Essential Responsibilities:
Fully conversant with UK Payroll statutory requirements.
Own end to end payroll processes for several UK entities within the UK payroll team and support where needed on EMEA / APAC regions.
Be a point of contact with HR to ensure data is accurate, timely & complete,
Keep on top of the stakeholder requests for the UK region in Zendesk, keeping the FAQ in Zendesk up to date.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Including, Compensation Team / Global Rewards / Global Benefits.
Third party Tax advisors Global Finance and Treasury.
Support the payroll funding process, third party payment, GL distribution process and statutory filings.
Support robotics automation process.
Collate and analyse data to support central reporting capabilities & audits.
Work as a team member on multiple improvement projects and Year-End tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong analytical, problem solving & communication skills.
Proven experience in UK country role.
Solid business perspective, strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
ADP IHCM, ADP Global MyView/ Streamline & SAP experience desirable.
Knowledge of EMEA payrolls an advantage.
Media industry preferred but not essential.
