1. Implements plans of care for subsequent PT treatment of patients;2. Renders patient care through a variety of exercise, manual, and modality-based treatment approaches for patients with a wide variety of orthopaedic, neurologic and general medical diagnoses / physical complaints;3. Updates patient progress and assist the PT in modifying plans of care as indicated, documents accordingly;4. Provides direct supervision to Aides, clarifies clinical questions or coordinates treatment when indicated and provides indirect supervision & clarification by remote communication when needed;5. Completes documentation and billing in accordance with clinic standards and reviews Aides documentation for assigned cases, submits billing;6. Maintains productivity per clinic standards;7. Monitors and responds to digital communication in timely fashion;8. Contributes to Restore Plus staff meetings through accurate reporting of weekly metrics, participating in patient case discussions, leading or engaging in clinical in-services, and taking an active role in promoting positive clinic culture;9. Maintains patient confidentiality and professional conduct in accordance with HIPPA law, NY State, and APTA recommendations, and clinic standards;10. Complies with clinic policies, procedures and regulations; and11. Performs other related duties as assigned for the benefit of the Clinic
