Job Title: Assistant Production Manager

Location: Long Island, VA

Pay Range: $20-$24/hr based on skills and interview

What's the Job?

• Oversee operations in Mat Assembly, Automation Assembly, and Crane Mat Assembly.

• Lead and inspire a team of production workers to achieve production goals.

• Train co-workers on best practices and safety procedures.

• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.

• Collaborate with management to enhance production efficiency and workflow.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
