Staffmark Operator Assistant in Long Prairie, Minnesota

Pay: $17.50 - $19.25 per hour 2nd Shift Hours: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM | Monday - Thursday Training Hours: 1st shift for one day Operator Assistant Responsibilities: Run high-speed packaging machines safely and efficiently with the support of 2-3 production employees Ensure strict compliance with the facility's Food Safety and Quality Management System policies and procedures Assist with inspecting machines to ensure they meet operational standards Collaborate with team members on the production line to complete tasks Operate a forklift to transport materials to different stations within the facility as needed Perform machine operator duties and other tasks to ensure smooth production flow Requirements: Some mechanical or machine operating experience Forklift experience Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
