Perform specimen analysis of Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry and Urinalysis Perform analysis of blood samples in an efficient, accurate manner. Maintain and operate all laboratory equipment Adhere to laboratory quality control policies Participates in proficiency testing Prepare smears and perform manual differentials Process specimens for reference laboratory testing Maintain adequate supplies and reagents Has experience with EMR and LIS systems. Assist with special procedures, i.e. bone marrows in the room Perform phlebotomy and sample collection procedures as needed Qualifications
Associates degree in medical technology. Current state license if required. AMT, ASCP or equivalent certification required (within 9 months of hire). Strong phlebotomy skills required.

Requires corrected vision, color perception and hearing to normal range. Requires legible handwriting.
