Health Advocates Network Admin in Los Angeles, California

Health Advocates Network is hiring a Regulatory Specialist * *(3 Years Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in L os Angeles, CA .

  • Pay Rate: $57.00/hour

  • Shift: Days (8hrs)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • COVID Vaccine+ Booster Required

Job Summary:

  • Writing research correspondence to IRB and study sponsors.

  • Submitting continuations and amendments to regulatory bodies.

  • Tracking regulatory documents (including lab certifications, CV’s, IRB compliance and correspondence letters, medical licenses, FDA Forms, Delegation of Authority Forms, Serious Adverse Event submissions, etc.)

  • FDA Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) as well as Local Institutional Review Board (IRB) regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Specialist * Qualification and Requirements:*

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 3+ years in the field of clinical research

  • Experience with commercial/central IRB

  • Experience with authority logging

  • Managing research studies for multiple sites

  • 1+ years of oncology experience preferred

  • CCRP certification

  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications.
