Responsibilities
About this opportunity:
We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager for Outreach to lead community engagement efforts & recruitment, assessment, and enrollment of low-income children and families into a range of early care and education and family support services, including Early Head Start and state preschool programs. The Manager develops enrollment strategy, provides direct services, and is a core member of the leadership team.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience providing clinical services for low-income populations, including home visiting experience.
Masters degree in social work psychology, child development or a related field.
Interdisciplinary consultation experience.
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated leadership skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills.
Pay Range
$38.64 - $56.03 /hour
