Job Title: Sr. People Team Coordinator, Global Finance

The People team sits at the heart of Warner Music Group and is focused on attracting, retaining and developing exceptional people, enabling them to be the best they can be to drive Warner’s continued success in the market place. The team designs, implements and facilitates People programs around Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, People Technology and People Operations. Our team also partners with the business to support key organisational initiatives. Your role:
The Senior People Team Coordinator, Global Finance serves as a strategic partner for the SSC EMEA and Kuala Lumpur teams, as well as the wider global finance teams in Asia and EMEA. This role will provide support across all areas including organizational development, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, as well as general human resources support.
Here you’ll get to:
Provide Human Resources support to 1,000 + employees across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.
Be the first point of contact for new hires and employees. Provide information and guidance, or raise inquiries as appropriate.
Maintain and regularly audit global Workday HR systems and files ensuring accuracy and compliance of HRIS data, org charts, financial reports, employment contracts and key reports.(you will spend a significant amount of time in Workday)
Conduct new hire orientation and create a seamless and exciting onboarding experience for all new hires
Maintain, analyze and generate comprehensive reports on global headcount, open positions and other key HR metrics to aid in workforce planning and budgeting
Participate in and assist the greater People Team with HR Initiatives and Learning & Development opportunities based on the needs of the business/teams
Become an in-house expert on Workday and help educate, coach and enable employees to utilize self-service features effectively.
Partner with our Early Careers Team on the management of the Emerging Talent Associate program
Assist with the management of administrative tasks related to employee relations including but not limited to supporting employee relations, offboarding, processing employee leave and accommodation requests, assisting with immigration paperwork, and maintaining performance documentation.
Day to day support to 1 SVP, 2 Vice Presidents and 2 Managers of People Teams on daily tasks
Provide an active presence onsite and engaging with employees on the floor multiple times each day.
Work on ad-hoc reporting, research, org charts, presentations, audits, and projects
Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company
Perform any other duties and tasks related to the Department’s role and responsibilities that might be assigned.
About you:
3+ years of experience in Global Human Resources
You will take a proactive approach on updates and communication
You will take a methodical, detail-oriented, and thorough approach to work
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are results-oriented, have strong execution and follow-up skills
You have organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
You have accountability, critical thinking skills, and confidence when presenting ideas
You have high emotional intelligence, and exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
You must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personalities
You must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
We’d love it if you also had:
Ability to forge outstanding working relationships across a large team
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field
Experience in working with the Workday system
Experience managing large sets of data
Strong project management skills
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables)
Experience with creative writing or marketing

Salary Range
$28.00 to $31.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
