University of Louisville Administrative Assistant II in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GED with two (2) yrs of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Position Description:The Administrative Assistant II position serves as the lead parking employee for the Health Sciences Center Campus and is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Organization, time management and self-motivation are key factors in this position.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssigns, reviews, and makes new assignments from the parking waiting lists.Operates 2-way radio communication with parking field staff and University Police.Main point of contact for all events and scheduling tasks for the gates on the Health Sciences Center CampusCreates parking validations and manages billing for all Health Sciences Center Campus departments and affiliated business.Responsible for entering all license plates into the Parking system so customers can enter the Health Sciences Parking Garage via the License Plate Recognition system.Collecting and entering data for the Parking Service Officers to properly enforce.Running daily reports through the Parking Software system.Performs clerical and customer service duties, which includes answering phones, monitoring supply requests, and filing.Point of contact for parking field personnel on the Health Sciences Center Campus.Manages customer service issues and serves as the customer service contact for client requests and complaints.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of parking and transportation industry is preferred.CompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks until completion.Target Compensation Maximum:$24.77Target Compensation Minimum:$16.51Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.Equal Employment OpportunityThe University of Louisville is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, and is committed to providing employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, national origin, ethnicity, creed, religion, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, marital status, pregnancy, or veteran status.
