What will you do?
Set up and adapt CBMS/ACT Meter Systems, including the following:
Configuring regulated and contract charges
Setting up charge exclusions
Defining meter attributes
Managing CalcVals, sub-buckets, and interval schedules
Handling currentcy and unit of measure settings
Implementing calculators and time-of-use/loss schedules
Respond to regulation or market changes by adapting meter systems accordingly
Set up contracts within ACT for additional services
Follow standard protocols for system build-outs or adaptations
Troubleshoot and resolve calculation errors
Use Service Desk ticketing system to track system adaptations and resolve issues reported by other teams

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2 years' professional experience with a demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and analytical tasks required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specific to calculations, and computer technology
Ability to read and understand energy tariffs and contracts is preferred
