Learning and Development Specialist

[Reporting to the Director of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity, this role [analyzes development needs and recommends appropriate learning delivery methods with all levels in the organization, to build capacity and future leaders. Responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions for APH employees. Responsible for the Learning Management System administration. May lead instructions and use online/web-based training programs and learning. Conducting needs analysis and recommending the LandD appropriate programs is included in the responsibilities. Evaluates all learning initiatives using validated measurements, analyzes the results, and provides analytics to the leadership.
