Role:You are responsible for:Assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needsExplaining servicesSetting up new accountsResponding to problems, and directing members to the appropriate people.To assist the credit union in the achievement of its goal you will:Always make a positive difference in each member's financial lifeProvide the highest quality of service to internal/external membersIdentify members' financial needs and recommending products and services that would meet those needsMajor Duties and Responsibilities:Meet the service standards for the credit unionAssist members with opening and closing accountsPerform required transactionsAssist with loan questionsInsure that all documents necessary are completed accurately and input in computer system in a timely mannerMaintain and update member information as requiredAnswer questions about products and services and resolve problems that are within their authority to resolveRefer problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendationsAct as a liaison between members and various departments or organizationsIdentify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to membersAssure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared as requestedPerform other duties as assigned
