YOUR TASKS

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and organizational culture to identify ideal candidates.

  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.

  • Assist in developing job descriptions, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and compelling to attract top talent.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing feedback and ensuring transparency, regardless of hiring decisions.

  • Assist in promoting the company’s brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and other recruitment marketing activities.

  • Track and maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in PeopleNet.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports and market data to leadership to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

  • Stay informed about trends in the job market, industry-specific talent pools, and competitive compensation and benefits packages.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within logistics and supply chain or related industry.

  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for all positions including hourly, exempt, and general warehouse labor.

  • Strong knowledge of and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, job market trends, and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience preferred.
