Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky, for a Revenue Cycle Director to join our team. In this role, you will be handling all aspects of the revenue cycle, managing direct reports, and leveraging opportunities for growth. This role is within the health industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle revenue process to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Supervise and manage direct reports within the revenue cycle department

• Handle customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building

• Conduct regular auditing of accounts to maintain financial accuracy

• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and efficient billing processes

• Identify and leverage opportunities for growth within the revenue cycle department

• Perform accounting functions as required to maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with full cycle revenue cycle is required

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Auditing skills are essential

• Experience in Billing Functions is expected
