Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking software engineers (both frontend with Angular or backend with C#) to join our team! You will develop and enhance core business systems and applications, providing integration to other internal and external systems. As a key member of our professional team, you will be responsible for all aspects of software design, development, testing, integration, and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance core business systems and applications.

  • Provide integration to other internal and external systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that address sustainability challenges.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET Core and C#.

  • Develop APIs and web services for data collection and analysis.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience with designing application solutions based on REST-based APIs using .NET Core and C#.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing; experience with building scalable, resilient applications using Azure is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), its principles, and patterns at the enterprise level.

  • Experience in data modeling techniques and various normal forms.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with 2 days on site per week. You will have the opportunity to work with new AI software development technologies. We offer a 5-10 percent annual bonus, 12 holidays per year, and 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date). You also have the opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/yr.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
