Our highly-respected firm is seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly dedicated individual with a knack for numerical accuracy and a passion for financial data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements

• Plan, pay, and file all taxes on behalf of the company

• Ensure all financial operations align with company goals and regulations

• Maintain organized and updated financial records

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Manage general ledger and assist with budget preparations

• Perform internal audits and aid in providing recommendations

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Hands-on experience with accounting software

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills

• Strong analytical abilities to comprehend and interpret financial data

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
