Description
Our highly-respected firm is seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly dedicated individual with a knack for numerical accuracy and a passion for financial data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Plan, pay, and file all taxes on behalf of the company
Ensure all financial operations align with company goals and regulations
Maintain organized and updated financial records
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Manage general ledger and assist with budget preparations
Perform internal audits and aid in providing recommendations
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Advanced MS Excel skills
Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Strong analytical abilities to comprehend and interpret financial data
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
