You will
Perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects;
Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed;
Handyman and general repair as well as insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation;
Responsible for staying within projected budget and completing paperwork at the end of the job;
Perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects;
And serve as a key member of the branch team!

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least 1 years general carpentry experience
Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonableaccommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturers weight capacity
Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands
Install encapsulation in low light conditions
Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice
Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned, such as in new construction, while vacuuming insulation, etc.
