Job Title: Construction Labor/Flagger

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as we embark on finishing the construction of one of Colorado's largest reservoirs at the Chimney Hollow Project in West Loveland/Berthoud. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of this significant project, which will become the largest quarry in the state once filled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flagging Responsibilities: Act as a flagger to ensure the safe movement of vehicles and heavy equipment on-site. Communicate effectively with team members and operators to maintain a safe working environment, signaling for traffic control and directing the flow of construction activities.

• Assist in various construction tasks, including dirt movement, installation of silt fences, laying pipe, and performing equipment maintenance and cleaning.

• Engage in shoveling, concrete work, and mechanical tasks to support project operations.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Location: Chimney Hollow Project (West Loveland/Berthoud), Colorado

Pay: 22.00 - $24.00 per hour Depending on Shift

Hours: 40-70 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction (Civil, Highway, Industrial, Pipeline, Dirtwork, etc.)

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to team efforts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
