Robert Half Director of Finance in Loveland, Colorado

Description

We are searching for a VP/Director of Finance in the financial services industry, based in Loveland, Colorado. The role involves overseeing a team focused on accounting, treasury management, financial planning, and analysis. This individual will be responsible for leading the financial budgeting process, developing policies and procedures, and managing cash flow to meet the organization's operational and strategic needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide staff in areas related to accounting, treasury management, and financial analysis and budgeting.

• Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

• Lead the budgeting process, working collaboratively with department heads to develop comprehensive financial plans.

• Monitor and update financial forecasts based on industry trends, business line growth, and other relevant factors.

• Manage cash flow to meet the organization's operational and strategic needs, implementing strategies for efficient cash management and liquidity.

• Lead the development and ongoing refinement of finance and accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and investor reporting requirements.

• Stay informed of changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

• Utilize skills in Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Cash Flow Analysis, and Executive Leadership to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

Requirements • Proven experience in Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Auditing processes

• Knowledge and experience in Budget Processes

• Expertise in Capital Management

• Ability to conduct thorough Cash Flow Analysis

• Experience with Equity Transaction

• Familiarity with Debt Capital and Capital Assets

• Proficient in Asset Management

• Experience in Loan Servicing

• Ability to develop and manage Annual Financial Plans

• Proficient in preparing Annual Financial Reports

• Experience with Audit - Financial

• Strong Executive Leadership skills
