Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing down machines, and performing necessary machine or electrical work. Candidates will work on equipment such as CNCs, assembly lines, conveyors, presses, and robots. Tasks may involve changing motors, working with hydraulics and pneumatics, and engaging in some pipefitting or tool room work. Installation of new equipment may also be required. This role requires availability for weekend shifts and offers a training period on the first shift.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large, clean, well-ventilated, and brightly lit facility with three shifts. The facility operates CNC machines, press machines, and automated assembly lines. While the facility is generally quiet enough for conversation, it can become very warm during hot or humid weather. Staff are required to wear jeans, a casual shirt, and tennis shoes or boots, along with eye protection.
