JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description As an integral member of the Marketing Communications team, the Manager of Content Strategy & Communications will be responsible for the development and execution of a wide variety of content targeted at both internal and external audiences. This person will be responsible for developing a strategy for the company\'s intranet site, working with cross-functional partners on a content calendar, and writing/editing strategic articles to support key company messages. They will also work with sales and product teams to help develop communications for agents and brokers. The ideal candidate demonstrates creativity, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to quickly learn the business and operate within a complex and dynamic environment. Salary Range \$100,000 - 120,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Work Location We are open to remote work in the following approved states: Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin This position can be hybrid, having the regional availability to come in our Office at WPS Corporate Center Building - 1717 W. Content Creation: Develop diverse internal communications content, including internally focused news stories, video concepts and scripts, online/digital content, organizational updates, and employee-focused communications. Ensure that each communication aligns with our editorial guidelines, amplifies our key initiatives and narratives, and engages, informs, and inspires our workforce and upholds WPS\'s mission and values. Communication Content Planning: Lead and execute an overall integrated internal communications content plan and calendar that aligns with our business objectives and key company moments, as well as external corporate communications efforts. Enhancing Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to bolster employee engagement and morale, including the development of innovative and timely communications programs aligned with our policies and culture. Communication Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communication strategies, utilizing analytics to refine and optimize our approaches, and work with external agencies to monitor brand mentions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to craft and disseminate scheduled communications. Consistency in Communication: Guarantee the consistency of messaging, editorial guidelines, and content across all platforms, collaborating with key internal stakeholders and other resources to reinforce WPS\'s brand and messaging integrity.
