Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant based in Madison, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be tasked with taking on project management responsibilities, leading meetings, and driving project plans in a dynamic, remote work environment. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management tasks and drive project plans.

• Conduct regular meetings and discussions to ensure project progress.

• Utilize project management methodologies, identify risks, and communicate using project management lingo.

• Handle multiple IT projects simultaneously utilizing waterfall methodology.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation.

• Conduct business analysis and gather requirements for project development.

• Maintain and utilize PMP Certification skills throughout project management.

• Handle formal project management duties and responsibilities.

• Work within the PMO - Project Management Office guidelines and standards. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant.

• Proficiency in formal project management methodologies is essential.

• Experience in IT project management is required.

• Familiarity with PMO - Project Management Office operations is necessary.

• PMP Certification is a must.

• Knowledge of Waterfall project management methodology is important.

• The ability to produce and manage technical documentation is required.

• The candidate must have skills in business analysis.
