About the role

Digital Transformation Unit:

Led by Adolfo Fernández, this unit integrates Culture and Entertainment (C&E), Media, and The Bar (including its D2C eCommerce operation) to improve synergies and drive innovation. The Bar will serve as the cornerstone of our strategy, transforming our relationship with consumers and serving on-trade and off-trade channels in their journey towards digitalization.

We're looking for a professional passionate about content strategies and experiential marketing activations, with hands-on experience in leading content management systems (CMS). This role will play a vital part in content distribution and CMS management, ensuring that The Bar functions effectively as a dynamic content hub for all our brands and their campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Content Distribution Strategies:

Develop and implement content distribution strategies that improve reach and engagement with our brands through The Bar.

Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align content campaigns with brand objectives and consumer needs, using The Bar as a central platform.

CMS Management:

Lead and manage our CMS, creating new sections and ensuring an optimal user experience on The Bar.

Work in partnership with our digital agency and build internal capabilities for agile website changes, maintaining The Bar as an engaging and up-to-date content hub.

Experiential Marketing Activations:

Design and execute experiential marketing activations that strengthen the emotional connection with our consumers.

Collaborate effectively with the C&E and on-trade activation teams, bringing prior experience in experiential marketing to implement unique and memorable brand experiences, and feature them prominently on The Bar.

360 Content Strategy and Activation:

Develop and implement comprehensive (360-degree) content strategies that cover all consumer touchpoints, integrating them into The Bar’s content offerings.

Lead owned media for advertisers, ensuring the effective execution of D2C strategies through The Bar.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with content creators, e-commerce teams, and technical staff, providing actionable recommendations to optimize digital experiences.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

Implement testing and optimization systems to improve content presentation and e-commerce strategies on The Bar.

Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on results to ensure continuous positive impact.

About you

We are looking for a content strategist with experience in content distribution (creating/updating web content) and CMS management.

Proactive CMS Management: Hands-on approach to CMS management, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality digital content.

Effective Communication: Strong skills to convey needs and strategies to non-technical partners.

Previous experience in the discipline of experiential marketing, collaborating with C&E and on-trade activation teams.

Experiential Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with experiential marketing strategies and their effective implementation.

Basic understanding of E-commerce Platforms and their integration with content strategies.

Experience in 360 content strategy and activation and managing owned media for advertisers in executing D2C strategies.

Preference for candidates who have led projects to enhance digital presence and content optimization.

Knowledge of the Local Market: Deep understanding of the Spanish market, including consumer trends and cultural particularities.

International experience and the ability to collaborate across cultures are highly valued.

Proficiency in Spanish and English, with other languages considered an advantage, aligning with our global operational reach.
