What You´ll Do
Full P&L responsibility, lead, motivate and drive activities of customer experience team, to ensure delivery of all identified financial! Metrics
Responsible for creating and managing the strategy for Iberia
Establishes yearly territory sales plans in close cooperation with direct reports and enterprise solution manager
Monitors and evaluates key financial metrics and takes corrective action as necessary
Ensures timely and high quality responses to tenders and management of current contracts
Ensures completion of territory business
Conducts monthly 1:1 business reviews
Ensure completion of strategic account reviews
Ensure direct reports submit monthly business updates and provide appropriate feedback and guidance
Ensures appropriate budgetary controls and stewardships of company funds.
Manage and develop Ambassadors/Molecular Account Executives/sales executives especially sales development
Responsible for achieving sales goals as well as driving customer loyalty through Ambassadors & Molecular Account Specialist performing level 1 technical service / solving addressing customer issues quickly
Primary responsibility and primary performance standard is meeting sales goals
Must know all decision makers within the laboratory; be involved in all top opportunities
Entity responsibility
Supports marketing strategies by applying appropriate guidance and emphasis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business,
5+ years sales management experience or equivalent
Minimum 2 years sales experience or other relevant commercial experience
Fluent English is required
Preferred Qualifications
Teaches in a Structured Setting
Makes Joint Sales Calls
Directs and Controls Others in a Business Unit
Profit Conscious in a Management Role
Takes initiative in a Business Unit
Makes Formal Presentations
