Amazon Technical Program Manager, Amazon Business Customer Value in Madrid, Spain

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the AB Customer Value (CV) Technical Charter, a critical initiative aimed at increasing customer and business value through high-velocity experimentation, automation of guardrails for abuse prevention, and supporting the Marketing Content Site.

Key job responsibilities

  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.

  • Expertise in data analysis, experimentation methodologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business decisions.

  • Strong understanding of customer experience, user behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with abuse prevention strategies, incentive program management, and content management systems is highly desirable.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with engineering teams

  • Experience in technical product or program management

  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
