The role

As a Customer Success Manager - Japanese Speaking, you will:

  • Drive and accelerate the adoption of our services by advising customers on optimized practices for using SoftwareOne and/or partner solutions.

  • Align with Sales and Solution Sales teams to identify and act on up- or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for customers, providing insights into SoftwareOne's service scope, support process, handling blocking issues, and tools.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, offering insights on service usage and performance, and finding opportunities for optimization.

  • Drive Monthly Active Usage for all EA/CSP customers and deliver workshops to improve customer engagement.

What we need to see from you

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Full-time work rights in the Philippines.

  • Ability to commute to our office in Makati City 4 times a week.

  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English.

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct onboarding sessions and regular business reviews.

  • Effective customer relationship management skills to drive Monthly Active Usage and deliver workshops.

  • Analyzing data and generating reports to gain insights on service usage and performance, and find opportunities for optimization.
