MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for a sub-area of Decision Support and Control activities within Nestlé in the Market including production and distribution of timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis, ensuring functional leadership on controlling and coordination with business and co-pilots.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Provide full transparency on main business KPI’s across the entire Nestlé organization (NiM) via the establishment of daily, weekly, monthly, yearly financial and non financial reports to both local management (i.e. Daily Sales Report, Variance and Gap Analysis, ManCom Dashboards) and to the Group (i.e. Magnitude, DF Comments, Management Letter)

  • Coordinate all Decision Support and Control related activities (Period-end Closing & Reporting, Business Planning, Costing) across Nestlé businesses and ensure alignment of all other controlling teams on management accounting procedures and timelines

  • Responsible for full compliance of internal Management Reporting against Nestlé Accounting & Costing Standards. Ensure compliance with Period End Close Best Practices for TTS & TDD, PFME

  • Ensure efficiency and quality of Management Accounting processes with regard to speed, resources used and quality of the output

  • Promote the implementation and the best usage of Decision Support related Information Systems (GLOBE, SAP CO-PA, CCA, PCA, BW, CRM, DF Tool, PCM) across the company and is responsible for the quality of master data in the controlling domain (via daily, weekly, monthly checks)

  • Act as the Decision Support Champion, driving the implementation the Decision Support Strategy in line with corporate guidelines and local market requirements. Promotes the culture of Best Practice

  • Provide transparency on main business KPI’s via the establishment of financial and non-financial reports to local management and to the Group.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least 5-8 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

  • Must be a CPA

  • Ideally with Financial Reporting or Costing background

  • Ideally from an FMCG company
