Job Description Summary

The Consumer Marketing Team will utilize a 2025 Summer Intern to support key initiatives and specific marketing projects. The goal of the internship is to provide exposure and experience to Marketing and Commercial Planning and Effectiveness to the chosen candidate, while also assigning key responsibilities to the intern. The Summer Internship Program is intended to provide students with a meaningful experience, offering professional development and networking opportunities, while supporting organizational objectives and enhancing team member engagement.

The consumer marketing team is responsible for creating and executing on the consumer brand strategy with the product teams and collaborating with our partners (i.e. – agencies of record, technology vendors, etc.) for the Branded Specialty portfolio of products. The intern will be assigned 2 to 3 projects to support in DTC campaign execution between May and August. Additionally, they will be integrated into our ongoing efforts supporting consumer initiatives across the portfolio, including advancing our direct to patient efforts.

Job Description

The following is a brief overview of the requirements and current expectations.

Requirements:

  • Must have demonstrated an interest in Marketing and special consideration given to those interested in Pharmaceutical industry.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one year of college level work completed.

Expectations:

  • Support the annual strategic business planning process.

  • Participate in assigned consumer marketing and direct to patient projects and initiatives in collaboration with Consumer, Brand, and Patient Access teams.

  • Participate in cross-functional lunch and learn sessions, networking event, and learning workshops as a part of Endo enterprise intern program. Join the branded specialty marketing intern cohort in organized learning and development sessions, as scheduled by branded specialty leadership team.

  • Participate in marketing, branded specialty and various team meetings to support efforts, network and gain exposure.

  • Work alongside digital consumer marketing lead on 2 to 3 projects in the digital ecosystem to reach, motivate, and activate consumers.

  • Engage with other marketers and agencies of record on assigned campaign execution/projects and opportunities to gain a greater understanding of real-world marketing functions and applications, such as (emphasis on priority areas):

  • Market Research Participation

  • Direct to Consumer (DTC) Reporting

  • Media Planning

  • Brand Positioning

  • Awareness/Education/Activation Strategy

  • Brand Planning and Strategy

  • Prelaunch Planning and Cross Functional Alignment

  • Marketing Technology Assessment and Evaluations

Education & Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a relevant field of study to the internship you are applying for.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of MS suite of products

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Proficient in PC programs, including Microsoft Office.

Skills & Abilities

  • Requires a student with strong communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and demonstrate leadership potential.
