Description

Join our quickly growing startup team as we create a new AWS solution that accelerates clinical trial and approval of new life-changing therapies and medical devices. AWS Industry Products partners with customers to create scalable products to address industry needs. This role is in the Healthcare and Life Sciences group on the founding team for a new AWS industry solution that will unlock vast improvements in the way our customers design and operate clinical trials. You'll be responsible for uncovering latent customer needs, collecting requirements, writing PRFAQs, and partnering with UX and engineering teams to ship products that solve key business and user challenges for healthcare and life sciences customers. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up team within a leading cloud services business. You'll need to dive deep to understand customer needs, constraints, and industry standards while also thinking creatively to apply technology in new ways to streamline process, reduce effort, increase accuracy, and help customers demonstrate that new therapies improve patient outcomes. Our team deals with high levels of ambiguity and iterates in partnership with our customers to deliver transformative solutions for conducting clinical trials. We consider long-term scalable solutions while ensuring to deliver a minimal lovable product so we can learn quickly. If you want the excitement and challenges of a start-up environment with the scalability (and some of the resources) of a leading cloud services provider, this might be the role for you! If you have experience in start-up environments and/or building software products for clinical trial management, we'd love to hear from you.
