Job Duties:

• Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential.

• Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste andrecyclingremoval services

• Prepare bids, weekly call reports andcold callingnew and existing customers.

• Act as the main point of contact for a current book of business.

• Manage customer escalations as appropriate.

• Interacting with customers, business associations and trade shows.

• Gathering contract expiration dates, documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service

• Prospect and exploremarket opportunities

• Build relationships and resolving challenges with current customers.

• Develop relationships with coworkers,strategic planning, andaccount management.

Qualification Requirements:

• 3 years of management experience in anoutside salesenvironment

• Be self-motivated, competitive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• 5 years outsidebusiness-to-businesscontract sales with a proven track record of success.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.

• Must demonstrate excellent time &territory managementskills.

• Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours.
