Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading multiple projects at the site

• Managing the project team and delegating tasks

• Ensuring project milestones are met on time

• Conducting team and planning meetings

• Liaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progress as required on a weekly basis

• Ensuring project timeline and budget are adhered to

• Managing project documentation

• Optimising processes and conducting team-building activities

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business field and 8 years of experience. 

• Knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. 

• PMP Certification Preferred

• Fully Bilingual

• Over five (5) years of Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the oral solid dosage operational environment

• Strong project management background within, for example, production, engineering, validation or quality; with a solid understanding of manufactured dosage forms

• MS Office and Microsoft Project knowledge and skills is a must.
