Mentor Technical Group Project Manager Manati, Puerto Rico

Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading multiple projects at the site
Managing the project team and delegating tasks
Ensuring project milestones are met on time
Conducting team and planning meetings
Liaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progress as required on a weekly basis
Ensuring project timeline and budget are adhered to
Managing project documentation
Optimising processes and conducting team-building activities
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business field and 8 years of experience.
Knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices.
PMP Certification Preferred
Fully Bilingual
Over five (5) years of Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the oral solid dosage operational environment
Strong project management background within, for example, production, engineering, validation or quality; with a solid understanding of manufactured dosage forms
MS Office and Microsoft Project knowledge and skills is a must.
