Emerson Lead Specialist Digital Marketing in Mandaluyong, Philippines

In this capacity, you will analyze our digital marketing performance and propose and implement actionable strategies to get results through paid media campaigns. This will build our in-house digital advertising campaigns and analytical reports with tasks that include analysis, leading implementations, and measuring the effectiveness of various digital marketing initiatives for sales growth.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To be the key point of contact for North American advertising campaigns and results.

  • To create, manage, and optimize all digital advertising campaigns (social media, emails, Google ads, website traffic), including but not limited to eCommerce retailers such as The Home Depot, Amazon, partner vendor advertising portals, and social channels.

  • To define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media critical metrics and provide actionable insights to partners.

  • To create and monitor reporting dashboards to help conduct daily analysis of metrics on all online ad campaigns.

  • To track, analyze, and interpret the data and provide actionable insights to drive business objectives regarding channel and conversion performance.

  • To optimize campaign performance and improve spend effectiveness to increase return on investment.

  • To optimize SEO on eCommerce partner sites to win organic search in the category, influence bottom-of-funnel purchases, or build brand awareness.

Who You Are:

You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and can put together strategies and campaign designs targeting a B2C audience. You are a good communicator who has a strong drive for results and exhibits passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems.

  • 5 years of cumulative experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google (Display, Search, YouTube) advertising and tools.

  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce, SEO, SEM/PPC, DAM, CRM, campaign setup, execution, analysis, retargeting and remarketing strategies, and reporting of metrics to include CTR, CPC, and CPA.

  • Proficient in project management.
