Obtain valuable insight in to the professional lives of a lawyers at a non-profit corporation. Under the supervision of the General Counsel, activities may include: 1) Supporting the General Counsel on various in-house legal matters, including research projects, tracking subpoenas, assisting with discovery, legal analysis; and project management; 2) Assistance with contract negotiation and drafting agreements, including NDAs, Master Services Agreements, and Affiliation Agreements; 3) Updating agreement templates and identifying process improvements including establishing a contract management approval system; 4) Legal writing and research; 5) Assistance with organizing/storing governance documents

This is an unpaid internship opportunity that is only open to current students. The internship may be able to satisfy course credit if approved by the student's institution of learning.
