As an Account Manager, you will develop, implement and realize the account strategy and plan, within the sales strategy and plan and corporate requirements and guidelines, in order to ensure the realization of planned business results and long-term customer relationship objectives are achieved. Your key responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement specific account tactics and plans to achieve sales and customer relationship objectives. Drive both short-term results and long-term success.

• Sales Pipeline Development: Contribute to the development of our overall sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic and tactical objectives.

• Networking & Relationship Building: Build sustainable cross-layer networks within defined accounts. Engage directly and position key stakeholders effectively to accelerate business development.

• Opportunity Identification: Identify long-term business opportunities within accounts and incorporate them into the overall account strategy and plan.

• Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and secure sales contracts with accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Technical & After-Sales Support: Coordinate technical service and after-sales activities to maintain high customer satisfaction.

You bring

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business or related field

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development and distributor management

• Knowledge of dairy and bakery industry and customers, good know-how about products like cultures and enzymes in their respective applications. Savory knowledge is an added bonus.

• Good communication skill, passion for sales and a proven negotiator with ability to build rapport with customers

• Autonomous and self-driven professional with ability to learn technical products and communicate them effectively.

• Demonstrates clear problem-solving skills, ability to work and navigate successfully within matrix organization
