JOB REQUIREMENTS: Specific duties include but are not limited to: Collating printed PVC sheets with a semi-automatic collator or by hand with a tacking table Laminating sheet sets with a platen laminator Shearing laminated sheets Operating a Polar 115 EMC (or similar equipment) to rough cut product Operating a PMC high die cutter, or similar equipment to finish cut product Operating magnetic stripe application or hole punch equipment Packing product for shipment Operating a forklift and pallet jacks ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Strong mechanical ability. Ability to work on their feet all day. Work overtime as needed and at times on short notice. Has the ability to lead or develop into a leadership/supervisory level. Good eye for detail and color quality. Exceptional attendance. Team player and Team developer. Positive and upbeat attitude. Attributes / Qualifications of an ideal Candidate: Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus. Experience with any of the listed equipment types is beneficial but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects may be required with some tasks.
