What you’ll do:
The Senior HR CI Analyst will support the implementation of Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) across the function to drive progression towards functional excellence. The role involves participating in Business Process Improvement events and will have responsibility for creating automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve employee experience using Microsoft Power Platform or coding (HTML, Python, Power Query, VBA etc). The role will directly report to the Continuous Improvement Manager for HR EMEA.
Assist in process mapping and identify opportunities for process improvements, waste removal, and automation in line with the HR Excellence Strategy by leveraging ECIS tools
Identifies automation opportunities and coordinates system creation and implementation as per requirements
Creates robust user friendly automated solutions that improve the employee experience and shortens process cycle times and/or improves process quality
Partner with country/ site HR/COE teams to ensure plans to improve/ standardize/harmonize processes benefit the extended value stream for each process
Create detailed procedures and working instructions, support the delivery and coordination of training and ensure adequate user testing is completed prior to the roll out of process improvements
Support process transformation and change management approaches
Collaborate and align with CI/ COE resources in HR (Global & EMEA) to support HR process improvements, ensure policy adherence and share best practices throughout the HR organizations
Drive initiatives to enhance CI functional competency improvement, drive solutions to improve the adoption and utilization of CI tools and assist in building the CI mindset within EMEA HR function.
Ensure solutions and processes meet set thresholds of acceptability, service level agreements, and customer needs
Ensure user interfaces and experiences of automation are simple, robust, and reliable
Identify opportunities for digitalization and contribute to automation of tasks, processes, systems, and data flows
Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and/or VBA / similar coding to reduce waste and decrease cycle times in HR processes
Qualifications:
University Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or Business Administration desired, other areas are welcome
Solid experience with automation development and/ or process improvements
Skills:
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in an other language (French, German) is a plus
Knowledgeable and experienced with CI Management System and Lean Tool Including: Business Process Improvement (BPI) Value Stream Mapping (VSM), EBS Pull System, Standardized Work, 5S, etc
Knowledgeable and experienced with Power Platform and preferably basic knowledge of coding languages, such as HTML, Python, Power Query, VBA etc
Experience with HR processes is a plus
