Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Banquet Captain:

• Maintain Michelin-level service standards and ensure all event details are met

• Oversee table settings, presentation, and overall dining ambiance to meet luxury hospitality standards

• Handle guest concerns or last-minute changes

• Monitor inventory levels of banquet supplies and request replenishments as needed

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulation

Job requirements:

• Experience in a high-end restaurant or Michelin-starred establishment

• In-depth knowledge of fine dining service and event execution

• Ability to remain poised, professional, and guest-focused

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Background Check Required
