West Virginia Employer Office Assistant in Marietta, Ohio

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. background checks (Employer is felon friendly case by case) and drug test upon offer of employment. 6 months or more expereince working in an office using Excel and using a multi line phone system. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Office Assistant will answer phone calls professionally and transfer calls to the correct department, customer service, phones, filing, using and creating excel spreadsheets, other duties as assigned. This position will have a Monday - Friday schedule! Pay is $18 to $20 an hour. The position is a temp to hire position.
