Lakewood Thai Cuisine is a traditional Thai restaurant located in Marysville, Washington. We pride ourselves on serving the Marysville community a wide variety of fresh, authentic Thai food in a clean and inviting atmosphere. We are looking for talented, experienced Thai Specialty Cooks to help maintain our successful reputation.

Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:    

1. Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;

``` 2. Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure; 3. Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and 4. Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.

SALARY: $50,939/year
