This is a direct hire position, with a comprehensive benefits package provided upon employment by our client. Maintenance Supervisor Job Details: Salary: $75,000 - $100,000/yr. Schedule: 2nd shift Responsibilities: Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work for facility equipment. Hire, train, and supervise lower-level maintenance personnel. Ensure prompt repair and ongoing maintenance of facility equipment. Identify, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Ensure all equipment operates safely and effectively. Perform repairs and troubleshooting on food processing equipment such as stuffers, vacuum pumps, mixers, and conveyors.
