Required Licenses

[Kentucky, United States] Registered Nurse

Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state

*Certifications: * (BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire date

(ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire date

(PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire date
