Our client, a leading player in the chemical industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: McCook, IL

Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of chemical products.

• Coordinate the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant guidelines.

• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of products while minimizing excess stock.

• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

• Experience with inventory management software.

• 10+ years in Warehouse Managament

• 3+ years working in Chemical Manufacturing
