Job Title: Cash Application Specialist

Job Description

  • Application of receivables to Cash Receipts Log, QuickBooks, and Finance Trackers for all lines of business.

  • Recognizing missed revenue opportunities by reconciling payment detail to financial tracking rates to determine discrepancies and communicate these to accounting.

  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standard business practices as they pertain to cash application, the Business Service Center, including internal control procedures.

Hard Skills

  • Excel proficient

  • Thorough documentation skills

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years of experience

Soft Skills

  • Extremely organized

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Punctual and great attendance

  • Can self-manage work hours based on workload

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mckinney, Texas.

Work Environment

In Office - Full Time

7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
